What will I be doing?
Follow an ever-changing daily and weekly pre-planned campaign plan targeting specific customers with clear call objectives
Actively grow 3/4000 customers with 100+ assigned core customers aiming to make 30+ outbound proactive calls per day reaching the correct decision-makers
Conversations will have a technical bias around metalworking tooling and full product training will given with an expectation to understand and use the training to maximize sales
Be inquisitive and ask great questions to understand our customer’s behaviours and challenges identifying opportunities to win new business
Build beneficial relationships with our suppliers working alongside them to grow sales
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to win business quickly
Provide insightful feedback to the business to ensure market research is utilised and actioned
