About the role
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused
solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
What you will be doing
• Communicate with customer, warehouse and forwarder in day to day operations
• Validating shipping documents from vendors, ensuring document completeness and accuracy adhering to SOP
• Advise vendor the mode of transports based on guidelines.
• Liaising with vendors / forwarders on shipment arrangements
• Monitoring of shipment status and to address custom clearance issues promptly.
• Reporting tasks (Extracting of reports from portal)
• Other ad hoc - Further duties to be identified in due course.
The successful candidate
• Preferably Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply chain
• Candidate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience
• He/She must equip with effective communication and collaboration skills to work with vendor, supply chain
team, marketing team and freight forwarders.
• Candidates to equip with basic MS Office skills
