Job Descriptions
· Handle all Import Documentation and Shipping Procedures include Shipment Coordination
. Correspondence and Liaise with Suppliers
· Responsible for Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders Issuance
· Handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permits for Import /Export - including of data compilation for invoices
· Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready by the registration department prior to shipment
· Coordination with suppliers, shipping companies/freight forwarders to schedule transport and shipping documentation arrangements
· Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties such as banks and shipping/forwarder companies in a timely manner
· Correspondence with Suppliers and Customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
· Provide coordination and support with Export Documentation Department for all related matters
. Provide coordination and support with Accounts Department for all Finance related matters
· Responsible for all Admin and Ad Hoc Duties
Qualifications
· At Least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Good command of written and spoken English. (Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Good Knowledge of Advanced MICROSOFT EXCEL Skills preferred.
· Possesses positive working attitude and able to Multitask, self-driven and willing to learn.
· Independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
· Meticulous and Detailed Oriented.
