- Organising export documents for export orders
- Gathering information from export customers for use both internally and externally
- Inputting export orders into the system
- Tracking orders and providing progress reports
- Working with the technical department
- Organising samples for new customers to be sent via courier
- Sending product information
- Preparing presentations for export customers
- Reporting
