DUTIES

Your duties as the Multi-Skilled Team Lead / Supervisor include:

• Act as an ambassador for the business and lead the Service Team by example. Be the Service Teams representative at management meetings

• Communicate to the team changes to products, services, process, and procedures as and when they are introduced

• Have full overview of the fault report, investigating the service team errors, looking at ways to prevent, learn and introduce measures to mitigate preventable faults re-occurring

• Review installs and maintenance jobs on the road to identify good performance and learning opportunities

• Be the contact for the office in relation to customer complaints

• Ensure the company fleet are looked after and kept clean

• Construction, and decommission of modular products

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs on product set whilst at the customers property

• Act as an ambassador for the business at all times when driving a company vehicle and wearing company uniform

• Provide a first-class service to promote the business across social media and back to the insurance network

• Stay away from home when necessary and weekend on-call duties
