Master Project Scheduler, Senior
The Opportunity:
As a Master Project Scheduler on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the DoD. You'll provide subject matter expertise in developing integrated master schedules for programs up to the Acquisition Category I (ACAT I) level. You'll create and manage a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to enable accurate performance tracking productivity, manpower application, cost and funding forecasting. You'll develop and maintain an IMS that enables program managers to anticipate and effectively plan for staffing and logistics requirements. You'll also collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Pro, and regular interactions with program managers and IPT Teams.
The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You will identify key program milestone events, CDRL deliveries, program reviews, and integration activities. You'll document contract changes, additions, and training requirements. You'll provide probability of program success factors and metrics to support the program with an integrated view of program risks, with sufficient detail and predictive power, to enable early risk recognition, mitigation, and resolution for all programs. You'll apply knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes. You'll consolidate the critical paths of numerous projects and Product Offices into a single IMS. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed and grow your expertise. This is a chance to directly impact a meaningful mission, while broadening your skills in program strategy.
