Responsibilities:
• Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and identify potential delays.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Create and issue client and internal status reports that effectively communicate status and trends.
• Lead the Project controls functions for one or more large value contracts during the construction phase based
on site.
• Prepare and present schedule reports to project teams and management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics.
• Ensure schedule compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and issue cost analysis narratives including recommendations for corrective actions that are used by the
project team to manage the work.
• Update schedules within Primavera P6 with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project
milestones, and completion dates.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
• Willing to travel to different project site if required.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 -15 years of relevant experience with a Degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Project Management or related technical field.
2. Understand EPC/ full-service project delivery processes and apply the principles of project controls work
processes and practices as it relates to the development of cost control.
3. Possess good data handling manipulation skills.
4. Possess good working knowledge of Primavera P6.
5. Working knowledge of Risk Management or Reporting tools an advantage.
6. Ability to effectively communicate project controls information to varied audiences including engineering,
project/construction management, and project teams.
