Main Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing of the team’s Final Freight Invoice before sending out to Counterpart
- Generate periodic reports through Dashboards & IMOS to share with the team and monitor progress
- Oversee the Bank balance and to work closely with Controllers & FX team to maintain adequate funds in our Account
- In-Charge of daily Cashlog, Monthly Cashflow & to perform daily Bank reconciliation against Trial Balance as well
- Oversee Broker’s SOA
- Oversee Bunker mass settlement
- Involve and handle daily operations of Vessels (Exécution work responsibilities)
- Assist to monitor Team’s file closing status
- Assist in providing documentation to the reporting division to support annual audit across the entire platform
- Assist in creating and improving reports, processes and systems
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the shipping industry experience
- Essential to have prior vessel and voyage accounting experience
- Experience working within a commodity trading environment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and IMOS accounting software preferred

- Strong practical accounting knowledge and skills
- Strong attention to detail, including precise accuracy of data entry
- Detailed follow-through abilities and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
