Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand market changes in the automotive aftermarket across Asia, and develop effective sales strategies
- Lead the development and launch of aftermarket products into the Asia market
- Provide sales support and guidance to regional distributors, helping them expand their market presence
- Follow up on orders from regional distributors, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and present key findings to management to support decision-making
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar environment, preferably in the automotive or parts market
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in handling data and market analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in project management
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a strong advantage
