- You will use job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet.
- You will clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote ideas and issues (to include sensitive or controversial topics) before a wide range of audiences.
- You will monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will determine objectives, sets priorities, and ensure sound management processes and procedures are in place.

- You will forecast the requirements for transportation for shipping and receiving material.
- You will receive, store, issue and care for stock.
- You will identify opportunity to reduce total costs and increase service levels through consolidation or alternate transportation solutions.
