A HIAB Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the delivery of goods to our customer's homes. Deliveries are to be made within the agreed time window and delivered free from damage.
Drivers are accountable to the highest standard of customer service and are expected to actively encourage positive customer feedback. Drivers are also accountable to the highest driving standards as representatives of the Clients brand values.
Accountability.
Delivering to the customers rooms of choice if required. even though the HIAB work will be prodimnantly delivering to outside of properties.
Ensure the customer receives their delivery within the allocated time window.
Ensures delivery to correct address.
Give excellent customer service.
Polite and courteous always to customers and road users.
Actively encourage customers to give positive feedback via Happy Customer score.
Ensure you complete legal daily vehicle checks prior to driving ensuring vehicle does not have any PG9 defects.
Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
Ensures your allocated vehicle is clean.
Ensure tachograph laws and regulations are always followed.
Maintains communication with customers, giving updates on time windows and potential delays.
Practices correct manual handling of all packages.
Maintain excellent health & safety practices.
