- Perform various tasks associated with the pass system.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain control and accountability of pass requests for temporary and permanent military and civilian personnel, official visitors, and contractor employees.
- Conduct pass procedure inspections at Red River Army Depot.
- Provide information, direct calls or visitors to other organizations according to information/action desired, exercising tact, courtesy, alertness and good judgment in carrying out public contacts.
- Operate an electronic typewriter, word processor, microcomputer, or computer terminal, using standard typewriter style keyboard with additional function keys, to prepare a variety of narrative and tabular material from rough draft.
