Job Details:

Job Summary: This lead role ensures Fulfillment representatives process all daily tasks while meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance standards and requirements. This position requires a highly accurate individual who possesses excellent organizational skills and has the ability to learn and adapt quickly. This position typically works with minimal supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Delegates daily duties to the Fulfillment staff and expedites requests.
Assists in the achievement of all required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance standards and requirements.
Acts as a process and procedural specialist for the team ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required.
Ensures all systems are running for order processing and fulfillment.
Strictly follows all fulfillment control processes and reporting requirements.
Maintains and produces reports for the Supervisor.
Provides backup for Supervisor.
Uses multiple Cubic systems to troubleshoot/problem-solve fare media and inventory issues.
Handles corresponding emails received in the Fulfillment inbox.
Serves as backup for the Fulfillment Team preparing cards and tickets for shipping.
Performs physical counts of inventory and makes appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
Performs routine administrative duties, including data entry, and organizing courier pick-ups.
Assists in unloading boxed inventory from the delivery truck and organizes fare media stock into the stock room.
Assist with coaching, training, and mentoring of representatives.
Comfortable with the multi-computer applications systems to process tasks assigned.
Assures orders and shipping labels are properly completed.
Reviews end-of-day reconciliation of physical stock against various computer reports.
Provides support for email and phone inquiries from customers.
Provides support regarding inventory movement requests between stock locations.
Executes processes while adhering to internal policies, KPI’s, and customer expectations.
Uses multiple Cubic systems to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Four (4)+ years' experience in office administration, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, or a related field.
Lifting items for incoming and outgoing deliveries will be required.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
This position will be required to work onsite.
