- Provide input to Senior Engineers on technical feasibility, design concepts, and cost estimates for proposed minor construction, repair and maintenance, energy retrofit, and renovation projects.
- Develop and coordinates design criteria for the construction or renovation of a variety of facilities.
- Make recommendation on the feasibility of concepts and conflicting program and engineering requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates for each phase of assigned projects, including escalation and inflation factors, description, and justifications for use in obtaining project funding and bid evaluations.
- Provide input in the preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies for development and presentation of project and budget proposals.
