You will be working side by side with the network core team in ensuring network availability and serviceability for a secure, resilient and stable distributed environment. Your primary responsibility is to support and maintain the network access layer for our enterprise networks. You will manage access to the wired and wireless networks; ensuring last-mile connectivity for multiple locations. In addition, you will also manage the network communications rooms at these locations; providing cabling interconnect services for structured cabling, and liaising with Facilities Management to ensure uninterrupted power and cooling delivery to the rooms. Job Scope:

Manage wired and wireless network access infrastructure; and support Data Centre network operations

1. Administer and support network infrastructure including network routers, switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, AAA servers and encryptors

The program at VAAAHS comprises of approximately 400 active research projects under 150 active research investigators. The Deputy Associate Chief of Staff duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Direction & Strategic Planning 40 %

• Has technical and administrative responsibility to provide staff supervision and evaluate all health-related programs and management policies pertaining to the agency. Physical Capability: Much of the work is performed in a field environment and involves arduous labor.
