Our research covers key topics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, innovation, corporate culture, collaboration, and strategic leadership. We investigate how firms tackle challenges like growth constraints, post-merger integration, and shifting business models, and evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies. Our work employs a range of methodologies, including large-scale empirical analyses, field experiments, and qualitative or ethnographic approaches. While diverse in focus, our research shares a common goal: to generate insights that are both academically rigorous and practically relevant, influencing scholarly discourse and guiding real-world strategies to help businesses and leaders succeed in a dynamic global environment.
