Your Key Responsibilities
The role of the Research Engineer is consisting of carrying out research programs while observing the objectives defined by the business division. To support R&D activities in wastewater treatment, and environmental control system.
Your Key Responsibilities
â—Ź Engaging R&D and product development activities to enable new product introduction and improvements.
â—Ź Design product and system prototypes to receive feedback and identify areas of improvement through R&D studies.
â—Ź Assisting the operation team to identify and troubleshoot the technical problems associated with the products.
â—Ź Involving mainly in R&D department and working closely with the rest of the technical, business, production, and operation teams for designing, manufacturing and implementation of innovative water and wastewater solutions.
â—Ź Evaluate alternatives, resolve technical issues and interface with other disciplines.
â—Ź Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various report and design project.
â—Ź Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory and pilot plant and be responsible for the safety and environment compliance of the new processes.
â—Ź Perform other duties as needed.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
â—Ź Skilled in report and technical writing, organization, analytical and verbal communication.
â—Ź Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and risk management.
â—Ź Experience in decision making, identifying, assessing, evaluating, and solving complex problems.
Education and Experience
â—Ź B.S Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering required.
â—Ź Minimum 1 year of work experience/internship experience in water treatment-based industry.
â—Ź Strong communication, skilled in report and technical writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
â—Ź Self-starter with ability work together with team members.
â—Ź Background will ideally include project work and process knowledge of water and wastewater treatment plant.
â—Ź Have enthusiasm for R&D work.
