About the Role:

Client Relationship Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
• Generate new business opportunities with support from the Marketing team
• Utilise CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and opportunities
• Set up specific commercial actions, participate in congresses, conferences or customer meetings
• Prepare, present, and follow up on service offers, proposals, and quotes
• Negotiate contracts and work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues or escalations
• Foster and manage key partnerships, including overseeing global actions for major accounts in order to set up privileged partnerships (through MSA (Master Service Agreement), prices lists, Governance plan).
• Track and report on performance to assess success and areas for improvement

Study Manager:

• Lead project delivery by coordinating effectively with both external (Sponsors, CROs, Investigators) and internal (Data Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance) stakeholders
• Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while managing associated risks
• Address and resolve customer complaints and scope changes in projects
• Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and sponsors to ensure alignment and project success.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent, in International Business or in Chemistry
• At least 2-3 years of experience in customer-fronting sales experience
• Experienced in B2B Sales activity from identifying the potential customers, making sales call plan and appointments, delivering sales calls and sales pitch, finding solutions for the customers, following up customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiation skills, with a grasp of the legal issues associated with contracts

The Project Manager will work closely with the CEO and management team to oversee various projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing our competitive position in the market. In addition to project management responsibilities, the candidate will play a key role in providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and current market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conduct thorough industry and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
• Analyze data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and management team.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuously monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to TMGM's business.
• Support the CEO and management team in developing long-term strategic plans and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years proven experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong background in industry and market research, with a solid understanding of forex, commodities, and indices markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or market research (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
