Job Responsibilities
· Initiate research and development efforts to create new products, evaluate current and
alternative food ingredients and recipe, conduct sensory evaluation of new food
products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements. Supervise production
trials of customer approved products.
· Establish / maintaining and updating the related Standard Procedures, Work Instruction,
including the analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredient list, nutritional fact,
bakery skill) and document all projects and samples status on time and in accordance
to standard procedure.
· Provided support towards product quality, cost and improving process efficiency and
understand the application of our ingredients in customers’ product and create new
product application.
· Ensure product compliance to food act and regulation standard from the aspects of
ingredients and nutrition and responsible to respond to customers’ technical inquiries.
· Involve in product and packaging development, product costing and selection of raw/
packaging material used in the new product.
· Continuous innovation, building foundation of product research and packaging
technology, from environment, procurement and legal compliances.
· Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree / Diploma in Food Technology or
equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the FMCG industry.
• Candidate must have the skill of Bakery
• Must be innovative and able to work independently.
• Dynamic, resourceful with good communications.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
