Trial production and design
· Manage customer data by sending, receiving, editing, and organizing it effectively.
· Implement Design Rule Checks (DRC) and handle system registration.
· Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and respond to customer feedback.
· Create and optimize product drawings, and secure customer approval.
· Develop, update, and oversee design and manufacturing data.
· Generate and manage tool data.
· Produce data for process checks.
· Establish product specifications, set up process flows, and register systems.
· Summarize the settings for manufacturing conditions.
· Review prototype development results in collaboration with relevant divisions.
· Summarize the outcomes of quality confirmations.
· Manage the transition of prototype production.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Standardization, Operation
· Develop, standardize, and validate input and design guidelines.
· Establish and standardize operational flow rules.
· Formulate and standardize correction rules and policies.
· Oversee the training and development of design engineers.
Roadmap
· Research customer and industry technology trends.
· Develop a technology roadmap.
· Summarize and manage development initiatives through research and innovation.
Customer Response
· Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from customers.
· Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss and address their needs.
Job Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• At least 5 years of post-semiconductor process or design experience.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
• Knowledge of semiconductors and customer needs.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems, including creating specifications and drawings.
• Familiarity with measurement, analysis, and reliability assessment tools (preferred).
• Basic understanding of the substrate manufacturing process (desirable).
• Ability to solve problems ranging from difficult to moderately complex.
