The ideal Science Teacher will have the following:
• The ability to teach Science up to KS5;
• A willingness to become involved in the school community;
• Experience supporting and differentiating for Additional Learning Needs (ALN);
• The ability to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged in their work;
• The ability to engage well with lower ability pupils and offer extra support;
• A caring and empathetic nature.
