You will be responsible for:

• Working with the Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards.
• Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages orders, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
• Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Coaching and training of service crew.
• Providing two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on teamwork and motivation.
• Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
• Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with local authorities’ health and safety regulations.

• Manage full-set of payroll functions with a headcount of 200 or more including processing of government paid claims and filing based on local laws
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and adherence to payroll-related legal and regulatory requirements such as CPF, IR8A.
• Verify payroll items and claims, among other related tasks.
• Oversee benefits administration such as medical insurance, provision of unconsumed leave and long service awards.
• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from pre-employment through onboarding.
• Monitor monthly employee turnover and take proactive measures to fill vacancies, ensuring staffing needs are consistently met.
• Process and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare HR-related documents and letters.
• Manage and maintain necessary licenses, such as Liquor License, SFA, and others.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Undertake other HR duties as assigned by the Director.
