・Pass the assessment of kitchen & bar within 3~4 months.
・Pass the assessment of Certified Trainer within 6~7 months
・Lead one outlet as OIC to build up a "Happy Cycle" outlet achieving KPIs in all areas, EX, CX, & Financial Results within 9 months.
・3 months: Diverse kinds of training with internal active & hands-on projects including supporting our overseas businesses to solve our REAL issues on ground.
・After 1 year intensive training including some projects we will give the confirmation then assign as overseas development manager.
