Job Description:
Business growth strategy
•Market analysis to identify new opportunities
•Developing long-term strategic plans that align with company goals.
•Forecasting market trends and customer needs to shape the direction of business expansion.
Partnerships and Supply Chain
•Establish key relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry players to ensure a robust supply chain that is reliable and scalable as the company grows.
•Also ensuring business partner selected meet the sustainability requirement to support the business sustainability responsibility.
Critical Strategic Integration
•Support sales growth
•Lay foundation for operational success, working closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, and marketing) to ensure that all critical components of the business strategy are aligned.
•Building partnerships that strengthen the business’s competitive advantage.
•Ensuring operational readiness (including the supply chain) for new products or market expansions.
•Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute large-scale strategic projects.
Business Forecasting
•Involved in revenue forecasting and sales projections, critical for both internal planning and securing external investments.
Minimum Requirement:
-Degree in BA or relevant fields
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive for at least 3 years
-A team player whom possess good business acumen, communication, presentation and persuasion skills
