Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of corporate communication strategies with content that inspires and engages employees and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Support special projects to ensure employees are receiving the right information at the right time.
• Develop a variety of communications materials ranging from emails, internal articles, newsletters and digital signage.
• Help manage and maintain content for various communication channels.
• Provide comprehensive support in proofreading, editing and ensuring the consistency of the brand voice in all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.

Job Description:

The Records Manager oversees the operational and strategic records & information management services at an Epiq client with the primary focus of achieving service level agreements and surpassing client expectations. This position ensures that the client is receiving the optimal level of service in support of receipt, arrangement, storage, preservation, destruction and safeguarding client and administrative records.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Follow established guidelines and procedures for creating, circulating, storing, tracking, transferring, and destroying client records

• Serve as the principal liaison between Epiq, the client’s administration and Records Staff

• Track the circulation of files to and from client staff in Records Management System (RMS) database

• Manage all Records Staff employed at the site, including recruiting, training, performance management and development 

• Manager process to regular inventory of files stored onsite in client facilities, including exception reporting

• Assist client with file transfer activities, obtaining relevant files, preparing file indexes, staging for review, and preparing for shipment as instructed

• Assist client with retention activities, including obtaining relevant files, preparing file indexes, staging for review, and preparing for shipment or secure destruction as instructed

• Assist client with clean-up activities, including triage, categorization, and appropriate storage or disposition of content

Qualifications & Characteristics

• High School Diploma and college preferred or equivalent years of Records Management experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a Records Management operation (law firm preferred)

• Familiarity with FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, Autonomy Records Manager (FileSurf), LegalKey and/or similar Records Management Systems

• Familiarity with iManage Work, NetDocuments, OpenTEXT DM and/or similar Document or Enterprise Content Management Systems

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

The Compensation range for this role is 70,076.00 - 87,595 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

The Opportunity: As a confocal microscopy sales engineer, you will combine application knowledge with sales skills to achieve sales targets and build strong territory presence. You will execute against customer visit metrics and product demonstration requests, proactively develop, own, and execute a territory plan to maximize potential of the region, strengthen existing customer and channel relationships and develop new business relationships.

Key tasks and duties:

- Achieve sales target for confocal products and service within region
- Setup and successfully demonstrate Andor confocal microscopy systems products to potential buyers, workshop and trade show attendees, and other activities for product exposure in the market
- Generate, qualify, and manage all sales leads, prospects, and new customer accounts
- Maintain and report, sales forecasts, potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan and other reports, as required
- Provide leadership to channel partners to facilitate sales and work with regional application specialist
- Record and Maintain customer contact data as part of Andor’s CRM tool
- Identify new potential customers for e-shot campaigns and trade shows
- Evaluate product and service offering in terms customers’ technical needs
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
- Attend regular sales meetings and offer feedback and suggestions to improve product solutions. Attend annual sales meetings.
- Assist in the general support and training of distributors and Andor employees.
- Other duties as required.


About You:
The right candidate (YOU) will be experienced and highly competent in using fluorescence microscopy and/or confocal microscopy for biological research or successful experience in technical sales involving high-end microscopy imaging products. You are skilled at building relationships with customers, applying relevant knowledge of current customers to grow the business, and take ownership of customer problems and issues, working to resolve them and see them through to resolution. You are flexible, do “the right thing” and spends time understanding and meeting customer needs, with the ability to travel at least 50% of the time with 40% of that time being overnight travel. International travel also required.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent experience in a life science discipline required, postgraduate degree in a life science discipline highly desirable.

Salary: In accordance with California law, the expected annual salary range for this position is between $90,000

Minimum Qualifications:

Instructor Pilot US 
Responsible for the delivery of flight training in a flight simulator and ground school in accordance with the appropriate regulatory agency, CAE approved curriculum, and customer requirements.   Act as subject matter expert (SME) ready to lead client(s) through their training.  After 1.5+ years, per business needs, designated Instructors are expected to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.

• Provides simulator/flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types as assigned for the issue of licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications.
• Responsible for conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner in accordance with CAE standards
• Other required administrative duties (completes training records, recommends remedial training when necessary, track his/her own instructional qualifications and activity, etc.)
• Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in creation of curricula and courseware when required

Physical Requirements of this role include:

• The physical dexterity required in performing tasks that require hand / eye coordination and fine motor skills.  
• Ability to sit in a confined space for 4-6 hours at a time with limited breaks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (as many as 10 hours) with limited breaks
• Ability to sit, stoop, climb and twist and turn

Here's What You'll Do:

Our goal is to introduce students (later undergrad, masters or PhDs) to career paths in industry related to the company’s sales organization including roles directly in sales as well those in technical support, instrument service, business development, marketing, product management, customer service and leadership. The program is designed to give interns a holistic view of career paths in the organization and work directly with colleagues with technical and advanced degrees. You also will have the opportunity to interact with leading scientists and get hands on experience with cutting edge imaging technologies.

This is a remote role (i.e., relocation to a ZEISS facility is not required) with a high degree of travel including daily trips to customer labs to do field work with sales, service and application teams, extended time (1-2 weeks) at our ZEISS Microscopy Customer Center in Dublin CA and a final trip to our headquarters in White Plains NY.

Candidate will have a designated mentor and supervisor for duration of internship. There will be a project you work to develop over the course of your internship with your mentor and the team members you work with. The final project presentation will be delivered to the ZEISS leadership team in White Plains at end of the internship and you may share this afterwards as your work product for the internship. In addition to the stipend, all travel expenses will be reimbursed. 

Note: this is not a R&D, Engineering, Programming or production internship.

Job Description:

A Senior Document Services Specialist will be providing a valuable function helping our clients streamline their administration of business operations. Senior Document Services Specialists possess a desire to test new word processing software and the ability to provide training and mentorship to Document Specialists and clients. This position is located at an Epiq facility or a client office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various support software including Microsoft Office applications, PDF editing tools, and transcription software

• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts

• Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects

• Perform document diagnostic activities related to troubleshooting documents inconsistencies

• Collaboratively equips the site leadership team in establishing and maintaining an effective operating environment that facilitates EHS cultural growth.

• Manages the site EHS budget.

• Ensures all EHS/BCM functions are adequately resourced and managed to maintain compliance with all applicable Company policies and government regulations and to meet contemporary standards. 

• Develops and enhances the EHS team through effective organizational design, selection, development, training, and performance management of all colleagues. 

• Ensures delivery of in-sourced and outsourced EHS services at the site, including selection and management of properly licensed waste firms.

Qualifications

Must-have

Here's What You'll Do:

Our goal is to introduce students (later undergrad, masters or PhDs) to career paths in industry related to the company’s sales organization including roles directly in sales as well those in technical support, instrument service, business development, marketing, product management, customer service and leadership. The program is designed to give interns a holistic view of career paths in the organization and work directly with colleagues with technical and advanced degrees. This is a remote role (i.e., relocation to a ZEISS facility is not required) with a high degree of travel including daily trips to customer labs to do field work with sales, service and application teams, extended time (1-2 weeks) at our ZEISS Microscopy Customer Center in Dublin CA and a final trip to our headquarters in White Plains NY.

Candidate will have a designated mentor and supervisor for duration of internship. There will be a project you work to develop over the course of your internship with your mentor and the team members you work with. The Pfizer Connect Health & Science Representative (PCHR) is responsible to increase product awareness, educate customers and attain the goals of their Business Unit through fully remote / virtual customer interactions. The PCHR is charged with relationship development and promotional efforts with U.S. customers and accounts.  

The PCHR should possess strong business acumen and outstanding communications skills with an aptitude to develop in-depth expertise in virtual engagement settings, establish and build impactful relationships and exhibit strong promotional skills.  They must understand and follow the call process for their BU including developing pre-call plans, executing calls, and conducting post-call analyses  using all available digital and virtual tools.  They must have the ability to work independently in virtual collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.  Where applicable, the PCHR should coordinate insights, learnings, and customer approach with in-field Health & Science Representatives or Specialists who call on Health Care Professionals (HCP) in overlapping geographical areas.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers virtually, primarily from a dedicated Pfizer Connect Center, to compliantly grow the business and drive product demand by proactively providing solutions to achieve business objectives and needs.
• Generate product demand by educating customers and promoting the product.
• Effectively build rapport with customers in fully virtual environment; develops a methodical approach toward calls (e.g., clear next steps and appropriate documentation, managing to KPIs)​; adapts approach based upon opportunities and insights; uses Total Hospital or Total Office call as required for assigned BU.
• Understands and uses approved promotional materials to support marketing message.
• Uses approved Pfizer resources to support customers, accounts, HCPs and patient’s needs (demonstration units, samples, vouchers, co-pay resources) and works effectively across multiple virtual engagement platforms based on customer preferences/compliance guidelines​.
• Integrates guidance and insights from management/other support roles/technical solutions (e.g., content recommendation engines) into pre-call planning​; proactive planning and optimization of call environment (Center location and work-from-home); able to effectively plan day-to-day work based on personal and customer schedules​; collaborate effectively with other Customer-Facing (CF) colleagues and Pfizer Connect team members.
• Builds and demonstrates a mastery and utilization of all virtual tools and resources; effectively use calendaring tools, leadership goals, and personal insights to address customer priorities on outbound calls effectively.
• Appropriately support customers or accounts on relevant contract value opportunities and virtual in-services on ready-to-use delivery systems.
• Appropriately support HCP and patient access to Pfizer products by providing relevant information on Reimbursement, Patient Assistant Program (PAP), Pfizer hub programs (excluding individual cases), Formulary and Co-Pay Resources. 
• Discuss negotiated contract terms and contract options (where appropriate and with approved language); answer on-label questions; advocate for Pfizer on-demand portal (Galaxy) with access to appropriate targeted content.
• Learns to apply triaging protocols to create connections with appropriate SMEs using digital apps to send compliant messages for rapid responses; uses warm transfers for real-time hand-offs to cross-functional experts with some limitations.
• Complete cross-training on select to-be-identified assets outside of home BU for ‘surge capacity’ coverage.
• Stays current with all required training, including Compliance, and routinely enhance skills through self-study, development programs, conferences and / or training classes at local and / or remote locations.​

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience; OR Six years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to be in promotional role; have core skills of customer service orientation, initiative, planning and follow up, work management, and judgment/problem solving.
• Able to be on telephone or other virtual platforms for a full working day and speak clearly and effectively to all assigned customers.
• Demonstrated digital acumen.
• Must live within a commutable distance to assigned Pfizer Connect Center location.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are required and ability to analyze and draw relevant conclusions using available data and information.
• Demonstrates change agility; accountability; takes/seeks feedback; the ability to be connected to others; remote collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.
• Market place and business acumen, stakeholder management; and understanding the business priorities.
• The ability to develop strong professional relationships / networks in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Exceptional time management skills; intrinsically productive and scheduled, even in the absence of direct management oversight.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Pharma sales experience a plus
• Preference for multi-lingual capabilities (Spanish, Chinese, French, Farsi, etc.).
• Working knowledge of sales operations including data/reports, call planning, and sales tactics preferred.
• Preference for individuals who are mobile for potential future career opportunities**

• Additional Location Information: This is an on-site role. Candidate must be located in Tampa office or Lake Forest.
• Multiple Shifts – Monday- Friday, varying between 7am – 7pm (Central or Eastern Standard Time)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $63,400 to $133,700. In addition, this position offers an additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
