An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Taunton area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.

Working within a fantastic Main Car Dealer, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a Volume Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Duties as a Car Sales Executive will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
- Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
- Meeting Car Sales Targets
- Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.

For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £40,000 per annum.

Job Purpose / Overview

The CommOps Business Support will administrate the effective and efficient provision of professional support services to a CommOps Programme Area and the wider management team. The job holder is expected to act primarily on their own initiative ensuring the smooth operation of the office and effectively managing senior stakeholder requirements. The role will require additional administrative responsibilities such as collecting data and data entry. The role may require additional administrative responsibilities such as helping with the running of the Training Centre.

Contextual Information

CommOps is comprised of the Commissioning Directorate and the Pre-Operations Function.

The role of Commissioning is to design and undertake tests, to determine if components and systems are capable of safe and reliable operation. To ensure that the plant can meet the business plan objectives and to hand over the station for commercial operations. Commissioning is comprised of Delivery, Authority, Operations and Maintenance.

The role of Pre-Operations is to ensure that the people are trained and that the equipment, facilities and documentation are ready for when the site starts generating electricity. Pre-Operations comprises of five programmes: Operations, Engineering, Work Management, Performance Improvement, and the Technical and safety Support Programme.

This role requires good organisational and administration skills.

Working with the team in the Yeovil office as a negotiator on the residential sales in the Yeovil and surrounding area. Focusing on countryside and rural residential properties.

You will need to be target focused and results driven. Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to both the vendor and seller.

You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments.



Duties Include

· Marketing and promoting new and existing properties.

· Registering new buyers

· Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend

· Booking viewings

· Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market.

· Conduct viewings.

· Giving feedback to vendors.

· When required assisting with the progression of the sale .
