A Corporate Governance Officer isrequired by North Bristol NHS Trust, one of the largest hospital trusts in the UK. You’ll work within the Corporate Governance team based in Trust Headquarters with a salary from £29,970 to £36,483 and a range of NHS benefits, starting on 27 days Annual Leave + bank holidays and an excellent pension.
THE ROLE: As Corporate Governance Officer, you will act as the interface between Executive Directors, Trust Board and Committee meetings and the rest of the hospital. Your duties will include:
• Providing a professional and high-quality administrative service that ensures the effective and efficient running of the Trust Board Sub-Committees and the Trust Leadership Team.
• Acting as Secretary for meetings, drafting agendas, collating papers, and producing comprehensive formal minutes.
• Coordinating the identification and recording of actions and supporting the senior Directors to take them forward to timely completion.

• Experience of providing administrative support at a high level, with a particularly keen eye for detail
• Strong formal minute-taking skills
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• The ability and confidence to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to build effective relationships both within and outside of the organisation
