In our Festive Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug as one of our Festive Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and will actively be involved in achieving the store targets. To support your development, you’ll also can be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store.

It is a great experience that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Superdrug Festive Sales Advisers are extremely important to us, we recognise that you are our future Team Leaders. We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression supported by our excellent in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

As an Sales Membership Manager, you will lead the Experience Team to deliver outstanding members' and prospects' experience daily, exceeding expectations and fostering loyalty.

The Role

-Having direct accountability and responsibility for leading the Experience team, ensuring the club is fully staffed to deliver exceptional service and meet daily budgets.

-Guaranteeing prompt handling of all membership inquiries, overseeing any necessary escalations.

-Managing membership administration, maintaining accuracy and GDPR compliance.

-Being accountable for all sales for your assigned club, ensuring all sales budgets are achieved, including volume, revenue and sales mix, junior memberships and joining fee budgets.

-Monitor and track all membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by using the systems and tools provided

-Produce accurate, transparent reports and analysis as required by General Manager, Regional Business Director and the rest of the business.

-Taking on the responsibilities of the Duty Shift as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the needs of the business, leading by example in all aspects of club management.

Experience

-Strong people management and organisational skills, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.

-Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, driving success and growth.

-Experience from a Sales/KPI driven background would be ideal.

Key Result Areas: To attend all mandatory components of the Apprenticeship Framework including: - Corporate induction - GHNHSFT mandatory training - Department based vocational assessments - Progress review meetings To undertake training as required and agreed with the mentor, supervisor and external assessor and complete competencies relevant to the work area / department To support the admin duties listed within the advert and on the Job Description, on both hospital sites as and where required: The successful candidate will be expected to: Provide and receive complex and sensitive information. and follow policies established for their own role and roles within their team with the ability to create their own procedures and the ability to comment / implement and propose changes to practices.
