About the Role
Base Location: Perth, Reading or Cardiff - this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at one of the advertised locations.
Salary: £55,200 - £83,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
In this strategic role, you will be pivotal in leading and developing Corporate PPA (CPPA) sales initiatives for SSE Business Energy. Leveraging internal and external relationships, you will deliver and create products that align with both the market's needs and corporate sustainability commitments. As part of your role, you will:
- Own and hit the sales targets for our CPPA products by enhancing existing offers and acting as the go-to expert within the sales team.
- Seek new CPPA opportunities among current customers and prospects, driving growth and customer engagement.
- Lead the continual development of the ECS Corporate PPA proposition, analysing potential products and engaging direct marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple SSE departments to ensure seamless development and delivery of projects.
- Act as the representative of SSE at external events and conferences, enhancing our corporate presence and influence in the market.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Proven experience in sales and developing customer-facing energy products, with direct insight into Corporate PPAs highly advantageous.
- Adept at translating complex information and advising senior executives effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and achieving positive business outcomes in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, commercial strategies and sustainability impacts relevant to our business.
- Capable of maintaining robust business relationships and acting as a trusted advisor across various internal and external levels.
