Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to collaborate with our brand in creating compelling
content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they remain motivated and well-
informed about our products, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships
and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain an organized database of affiliates, coordinate product sample arrangements, manage
content posting schedules, and track content performance metrics.
Conduct thorough competitor analysis related to video content and affiliate marketing. Stay
updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to optimize marketing strategies
and content.
Ensure all TikTok affiliate marketing activities comply with platform guidelines and legal
requirements.
Prepare and present regular performance reports on affiliates, highlighting key metrics such as
sales, traffic, and engagement to the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must have at least minimum 3 years of proven work experience and track record in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, ideally in a similar role.
- Highly motivated, leading by example and have experience in leading a sales/marketing team with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Disciplined, Punctual, Good time management, Positive attitude, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship building.
- Proficient and have high experience in affiliate marketing platforms and tools, particularly those specific to the TikTok Affiliate Channel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
