we’re looking for a digital business analyst to join us on our continuous journey of true nourishment
purpose |
the digital BA/ product analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders, digital tech lead, delivery lead, and our external development partners to translate business requirements into refined user stories for our websites and mobile applications. you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring that our digital business needs are effectively captured, communicated, and delivered
key accountabilities |
- define the most appropriate analysis approach to fit the assignment and deliver the agreed analysis artefacts
- engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requests and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
- write comprehensive acceptance criteria and work with dev/qa teams to ensure understanding
- model as-is / to-be business and systems processes. preferred notation is bpmn 2.0
- refine user stories and participate in agile ceremonies as required
- contribute to the creation, maintenance, and prioritisation of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- support the business in planning and executing user acceptance testing (uat)

key skills + experience |
- proven experience in a digital product analyst, business analyst, or similar role, working on digital platforms (websites and mobile apps)
- experience working with external tech development teams to build, enhance and maintain customer facing websites and mobile apps
- experience of quickly building trusted stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business
- experience of working with both waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
- knowledge of a broad range of analysis methods, tools and standards
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks
- strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and pragmatically
desired skills + experience |
- experience of react native mobile apps development process
- familiarity with ui/ux design principles
- business analysis &/or agile certification
- experience within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
