As an Sales Membership Manager, you will lead the Experience Team to deliver outstanding members' and prospects' experience daily, exceeding expectations and fostering loyalty.

The Role

-Having direct accountability and responsibility for leading the Experience team, ensuring the club is fully staffed to deliver exceptional service and meet daily budgets.

-Guaranteeing prompt handling of all membership inquiries, overseeing any necessary escalations.

-Managing membership administration, maintaining accuracy and GDPR compliance.

-Being accountable for all sales for your assigned club, ensuring all sales budgets are achieved, including volume, revenue and sales mix, junior memberships and joining fee budgets.

-Monitor and track all membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by using the systems and tools provided

-Produce accurate, transparent reports and analysis as required by General Manager, Regional Business Director and the rest of the business.

-Taking on the responsibilities of the Duty Shift as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the needs of the business, leading by example in all aspects of club management.

Experience

-Strong people management and organisational skills, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.

-Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, driving success and growth.

-Experience from a Sales/KPI driven background would be ideal.

Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship will involve working in our store as a full -time team member, helping with every aspect of creating a great customer experience and learning about how a retailer operates their business. It is a great experience working in a fast-paced and fun environment that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Savers Sales Assistants are extremely important to us, we recognise that you could be our Supervisors of tomorrow. We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression supported by our excellent in-house training.

Duties will include:

· Demonstrating exceptional customer service

· Understanding the business and maintaining the brand reputation

· Resolving customer queries

· Using knowledge to promote products to customers

· Highlighting promotional offers to work towards achieving sales targets

· Supporting promotion changes and stock rotation

Your training will take place in store over the 1st 12 months so, no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences, a multiple -choice test and an observation within your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and your assessor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship

· You are brand new to retail

In our Apprentice Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved.

Your role at Superdrug as one of our Apprentice Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers mostly at the till point where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and will actively be involved in achieving the store targets.

Your Assessor and store team will work with you to improve your communication, team work and organisational skills. They will support you with your employability skills including interview skills, CV preparation, managing your money, health, and wellbeing.

Your training will take place in store so no college days! At the end of your training, you will complete an end point assessment and on successful completion you will achieve a Retailer L2 Apprenticeship.

During your Apprenticeship your Assessor and Store Manager will discuss with you any potential progression opportunities, including becoming a sales advisor, team leader or other retail roles.

It is a great experience that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Superdrug Apprentice Sales Advisers are extremely important to us, we recognise that you are our future Team Leaders. We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression supported by our excellent in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.
