As the senior advisor for business transformation, the incumbent advises the Director, DCSA, on potential areas for improvement, identifies patterns, and documents interrelationships. The incumbent performs a variety of duties including the following:

Business process redesign and transformation
Analyze complex business systems to identify patterns, interrelationships, and potential areas for improvement. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.

Oversee the agency change management capability. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of change and instill a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute transformation strategies that align with agency goals and enhance operational effectiveness.

Lead and manage BTO workforce and operations to facilitate the Agency's mission.

Collaboration and Communication

Technical Guidance and Mentorship
