This post is to support the Workforce Development / Academy team, Practice Development Officers and Principal Social Worker to ensure the team run smoothly and effectively in the management of all student and ASYE placements.

Sales Executive

Hybrid working from our London/Essex Persona Homes development sites, our London office at Liverpool Street and home

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)

Basic salary c£33,000 per annum plus potential sales bonus of up to £9,000 per annum (£250 per plot sold) and great benefits including Health cash plan saving you c£1170 per annum

Join us in our fantastic role of Sales Executive supporting our customers who are interested in buying one of our newly built Persona homes. You’ll support all sales activity across the London/Essex, ensuring that every contact is maximised, with no sales opportunities missed.

You’ll be selling our outright sale and shared ownership properties, from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom detached homes with lots of variety on house styles and sites. Typical day as a Sales Executive

• Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on our developments, house types and features.


• Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales. You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.


• You’ll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations.


• Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales with customers recommending us to family and friends.

You bring

• Previous experience of selling homes or working within a relevant estate agency/sales environment, achieving sales targets.


• Experience of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through developing great relationships.


• You’ll be a great influencer, get where our customers are in their lives and have creative spark.


• We’ll need you to travel around our sites so you’ll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Our team

You’ll be reporting to Anne, our South Sales Manager, working alongside our regional sales team, who work together to hit our sales targets and delight our customers.

Job details

• You'll be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturdays, days and early evenings.


• This is a hybrid role, working from our London/Essex Persona Homes developments, our London office in Liverpool Street and from home.


• You must be able to use technology for updating records on our various systems including CRM, keeping our customers updated, completing online learning and collaborating with colleagues.

You will be working for a well-established, privately owned engineering organisation based in the North West, who have an excellent reputation with their clients as industry leaders in their specialist field of engineering services. Your new company is crying out for an experienced Sales Engineer to allow them to continue their recent run of growth and expansion, through the acquisition of new business and developing their current relationships.
Your new role
In your new role as Sales Engineer, you will cover the North West area of England, in a predominantly mobile and site-based sales engineering position. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with internal technical teams to provide specialist engineering solutions to a wide variety of engineering clients in sectors such as chemical, food, process and heavy engineering. You will need to develop current relationships with your new company's current client base, as well as creating new business with target engineering organisations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Sales Engineer job, you will need to have experience in a previous role, coupled with qualifications relating to the field, i.e. HNC in Mechanical Engineering or similar. In order to excel in this position, you will ideally have come from a technical background in heavy engineering, engineering services or mechanical engineering.
