ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
The ASEAN Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with System Integrators, End Users & Customers and the broader RFID ecosystem across ASEAN.
The successful candidate will also handle project management for technically complex requirements, participate in technical field testing and troubleshoot customer issues.
Additionally, the ASEAN Sales Manager will drive developmental pilots in target segments from conceptualization to commercialization.
This role will also require the candidate to actively manage opportunity pipeline management through to commercialization including sales and business development pipeline generation and conversion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets
- Liaise with other functions, including product development and production teams, to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Manage existing accounts/customers
- Engage directly with customers and business partners on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior support service
