Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare costings and quotations for customers.
- Handle all related documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and proforma invoices.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding order status, product design, and other related matters.
- Support the marketing team and manager in various phases of sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with a diploma or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are also welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a customer-oriented approach.
