- Responsible for overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Business Division at a large garrison
- Provides policies and guidance to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- Directs, develops and administers plans and procedures. Implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide aggressive community business program which meets the needs and interests of the military community.
- Provides sound leadership and supervision to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- Develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) and Annual Operating Budgets covering projected programs of division resources.
