In this role you will be responsible for:

• Articulate the features and benefits of the Purewick system including knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of the equipment.  

• Complete initial and follow-up calls on prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls/dialer to include identifying and resolving customer concerns within the process  

• Maintain departmental call volume requirements to include inbound and outbound calls  

• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all Liberator Customers.

• Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management.

• Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes.

To be successful in this role, you require:

• 1+ years medical industry, sales, collections or call center/customer service experience

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

• Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

• Perform rework

• Cross train where needed within the department to support the business

• Maintina all quality and GMP standards

• Perform needed SAP data entries

• May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges

• Participate on blitz teams as assigned

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

B Shift (Night) - Shift 6 PM to 6AM

The Equipment Specialist:

• 12 HR -Night Shift Position 6PM - 6AM
• Operates and monitors automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Must certify on multiple processes.
• May perform manual manufacturing operations such as manual packing.
• Will monitor product quality in accordance with task instructions.
• Conducts on-the-job training for other associates.
• Works as a member of a self-directed work team.
• Participates in all team meetings, activities, team building initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.  

Responsibilities:

• Operates multiple processes on high speed automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Participates in all equipment changeovers or set-ups.
• Monitors assigned processes to ensure high quality production.
• Removes defective product from the automated or semi-automated processes.
• Participates in the division of labor of self-directed work responsibilities including attendance, scheduling of work assignments, compliance audits, etc.
• Maintains equipment and a clean area by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment.
• Maintains an open line of communication to ensure all problems/changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintains records and documents as required.
• Determines the cause of quality problems and takes appropriate action per the task documents.
• May perform Process Control Operator duties, as required.
• Works overtime as needed by the department.
• Actively participates in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 5S, blitzes, Shift Start-up, updating PVD boards, etc.
• Continuously improves through the KAS program, meeting department goals for completed KAS.
• Complies with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures including RCRA Hazardous Waste regulations.
• Complies with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Operate PRTC assembly equipment per the detailed procedures. Perform quality inspections, line clearances and record per procedure and advise Quality and Rubber Parts leadership of issues. This position supports other operations in Rubber parts as the need arises by Leadership.Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.

The duties are to include, but not limited to:

• Light manual assembly, 100% inspection to packaging requirements and machine operation.

• Must be familiar with specifications outlined in the process procedures, Quality Control Specifications, Drawings and GMP Manuals. 

• Perform and record quality checks and line clearances as required per documentation.

• Will be required to wear appropriate apparel for entry into the clean room environment. Must comply with protective clothing policy and all safety policies.

• The operation includes issuing goods to production orders, bagging, packaging, labeling and and staging components for each operation per documented procedure.

• May be required to operate material handling equipment. Operations may include starting and stopping machine, selecting the material combination program as required, performing line clearances, fill hoppers, bagging, and packaging/ labeling per documented procedures

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

The Named Account Sales Executive is a direct sales role to cover a Tier 1 account which is part of a cross-industry team spanning our full portfolio - AEC, PD&M and M&E. Job Summary:

Document Services Supervisor will perform oversight responsibilities for Epiq personnel including overseeing the Document Processing activities, workflow, and ensuring shift coverage. The position will provide expert knowledge, technical support, and training, when necessary, to all direct reports and specialists. This position will work closely with the manager, who will serve as the liaison for all stakeholders using the services of the department. • Provide direct supervision to the team and assist with performance management related duties
• Coordinate coverage in the event of unplanned absences, scheduled time off, and overtime and escalate to the manager as needed, including notifying them of any operations related issues

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Understanding of compendial publications.

• Microbial analysis of finished goods, intermediates, and raw materials. Performs microbial and particulate testing to support environmental monitoring program.

• Assist in the development, validation, and remediation of test methods.

• Preparation of various microbiological test media. Cleans, prepares and sterilizes glassware and laboratory tools.

• Create and execute protocols to support laboratory goals.

• Assist with calibration, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment.

• Participate as a member of project teams as assigned, to support sterilization and new product development.

• Assist in training of new team members.

• Lead laboratory improvement projects.

• Communicate with customers on product or project status.

• Ensures that product is tested in a timely manner, minimizing any impacts to production scheduling.

• Operates laboratory test equipment including autoclave, dishwasher, hoods, pH meter, air samplers, etc.

• Responsible for monitoring media and material inventory to avoid testing delays.

• Authors or updates controlled documents utilizing site change control processes.

• Manage and support junior team members with OOS/OOT investigations.

• Ensures good housekeeping practices are followed.

• Ensures testing and documentation are performed according to GMP and GDP practices.

• Trend testing and OOS results in support of annual product reviews and audit preparation.

• Participate in the site internal audit program.

• Participate in document reviews and assessment to support alignment with corporate policies.

• Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures including RCRA Hazardous waste regulations.

• Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

This position requires:

• BS Degree in Microbiology/related STEM Degree or equivalent experience Two years relevant experience working in a laboratory environment Experience with ISO and USP standards Understanding of GMP laboratory practices

Preferred qualifications include:

• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience Experience with Labware and SAP Experience with regulatory body audits Experience with Bioburden, Endotoxin, BI, Environmental monitoring and other Microbial related testing. Experience authoring and updating SOP’s and test instructions.

We are seeking a Sales Administrator, to join our Active Network team!

As our Sales Admin, you will work directly with Sales on one or more of the following: support sales efforts including collateral development, research, and follow-up. Provides tactical support to Sales on phases of the sales cycle including deal closure, quote preparation, opportunity management, and/or contracts. Serves as a liaison to develop combined sales administration approach with sales and other partners (vendors) involved in the sales process. Manages all sales documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and availability. Provides updates/reports of prospects to Senior Management.

What Part Will You Play?

• Provides routine support to Sales, during various phases of the sales cycle, to achieve stated revenue and/or market share growth strategies by gathering of data for proposal materials for prospective clients, participating in preliminary call activities, performing prospect research, presentation preparation, compiling of collateral material, and/or meeting preparation/follow-up.

Job Description:

• Configures, validates, deploys, and administrates quality related software systems.

• Composes and implements validations for CSD&V and AME applications.

• Functions as a domain expert in software validation, provides mentorship, and reviews software development/validation documents written by other individuals.

• Applies compliance and notification trends to identify areas of manufacturing improvement using product knowledge, existing specifications, and engineering principles. 

• As needed, develops and employs technical understanding of product characteristics and functional end-use in order to optimally investigate complaint trends or other targeted product functionality improvements.

• Applies problem solving processes to site quality issues and sources potential software related solutions. Effectively manages project timelines and communicates updates to collaborators.

• Crafts and coordinates training and procedures related to compliance and quality software packages. Builds or modifies plant control plans with process remediation activities.

• Leads or participates on multi-functional process remediation and improvement teams as assigned by local quality management.

• Independently identifies process improvement opportunities and implements software solutions.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience Required:

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Accomplished experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing is required.
