As a Sales Associate you will responsible for growing revenue through the sale of Lands of America solutions in a specific geographic territory. You will become an industry expert in the Land.com Network - which consists of Lands of America, Land and Farm and LandWatch. You will have your own book of business, well qualified leads to develop, excellent products to sell and an excellent career development path.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and executing a detailed business plan to manage and grow revenue opportunities from within an existing book of business, and with new prospects in your market

• Understanding the value of Land.com products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate the advertising of Land in a manner meaningful to our customers

• Selling the value of Lands of America products to prospects by articulating how our solutions will meet their needs and improve their business. This will be accomplished through cold calling, consultative selling and group presentations.

• Delivering high quality customer service and client retention through client visits, training and proper on-boarding of new customers.

• Managing a sales pipeline, activity metrics and monthly sales forecasts.

• 40% overnight travel within a specific geographic territory

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Two or more years of successful sales experience managing a territory preferably in a business to business environment

• A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles

• Success in developing new business relationships and managing existing client base

• Bachelor’s degree

What you’ll do at Elekta:

​ The Marketing Ops & Experience Project Specialist will work across multiple functional teams to create, drive, and execute internal teammate communication, experience planning activities, and engagement across all Elekta’s internal & external experiences. This position is responsible for the execution of tactical tasks, strategic initiatives, and short-term and long-term project plans that support the integrity/consistency of Elekta’s brand and Experience expectations. This position will work very closely with the Regional & Central Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Ops, Sales functions, and other teams to ensure a 360-degree understanding and modeling of Elekta’s experiences, products, and goals to internal and external customers. The function will be responsible for reporting out data & analytics that tell the story of ROI for all customer engagement within Elekta using internal and external channels.

The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing Excellence and Operations and focus on driving the marketing project plans and associated activities for both internal & external Experiences.

You will be involved with a range of projects that focus on elevating the importance of high-quality internal & external Experiences. You will support the RAM Marketing team in delivering high-quality, process-guided physical and digital experiences and high-impact experiences for our external and internal customers. The applicant needs to be innovative and explore exciting ways to connect, inform, and represent Elekta.

Responsibilities - The role of Marketing Ops & Experience Project Manager is to provide support to the Director, Marketing Excellence, and Operations, and the wider Marketing team, as and when required. This will include (but not limited to):

Program Management-

• Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, RACI, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Resource Management: coach resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients. Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders.

• Budget Oversight: Manage assigned project budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial metrics. Ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

• Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, or objectives. Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate adjustments to stakeholders. 

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Measurement of OKRs.

• Stay on top of industry best practices and competitor activity to ensure that Elekta delivers game-changing ideas and solutions.

Customer Experience Center

• Responsible for program objectives, Reputation, Budget Attainment, Executive Support, and Recognition.

• Track Leadership engagements and report on engagement tasks.

• Maintain Briefing Source portal.

• Conduct surveys for growth and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure all deliverables are met for both parties in a timely manner.

• Evaluate and improve the current process and communication structure.

• Develop a link between Briefing Source and CLM to track the value of Customer Experience in the sales process.

• Support on-site visits & ensure logistics run smoothly.

Customer Experience- External Experiences

• Create weekly status emails & attendee statistic Excel reports.

• Conduct post-show wrap-up, surveys, and reporting; measure ROI and monitor against goals and objectives.

• Set up workstreams for projects and experiences.

• Maintain experience schedules, project checklists, and processes via experience management templates and best practice processes.

• Onsite staffing for in-person experience, including travel as needed PPT design, ensuring brand continuity & projection.

• Work with internal teams to ensure brand and solutions are projected powerfully within RAM marketing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Excellent organizational, project management, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong customer-focus and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure a unique, Elekta experience, is required.

• Good IT literacy and confident using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Ability to project manage multiple, concurrent projects is required.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software. Monday.com, Cvent, Salesforce, and Workfront a plus.

• Some Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude.

• PMP or other project management certification required.

• Monday.com experience is a preferred

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Must be able to network across the organization and engage stakeholders in projects from kick-off through to successful delivery

• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required.
• Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.  Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

SUMMARY

The Communications Associate will be responsible for assisting with writing and communication projects that support a cohesive federal communication strategy which includes workforce communications for a diverse group of civilians and military and external public affairs opportunities. They are responsible for planning and implementing communication strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Supports the implementation of cohesive communications strategies that span social media, media relations, email campaigns, and related communications strategies.

Coaches and mentors other communications professionals on the team.

Creates and implements communications material that delivers consistent key messages to target audiences through appropriate channels that are consistent with branding, messaging, and digital (social media) strategies.

Engages with project stakeholders in written and oral communication effectively and professionally.

Prepares quality client deliverables.

Supports public engagements, inward-facing engagements (leading the planning and execution of Agency events), media relations, knowledge management, and preserving the agency’s history.

Elevates the brand awareness through events, social media, DISA.mil and other communication channels.

Conducts daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.  

Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

Demonstrated experience working the communications field and creating high-quality deliverables for client.

Support the development of materials such as communications plans, leadership briefings, fact sheets, website content, and email blasts that are high quality and free of errors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs
• Become an expert in CoStar’s critical information and marketing solutions including LoopNet, the leading online commercial real estate marketplace
• Complete ownership of the full sales cycle including prospecting, demoing, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing
• Conduct a high level of in person client and prospect product demonstrations
• Provide valuable insight to all participants in the commercial property market, including Brokers, Owners, Investors, Lenders, Appraisers and Service Providers
• Represent CoStar by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals in your market

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry strongly preferred
• Two or more years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling Data, Research and Analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing, or information providers. 
• Proven track record exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
• Two or more years of experience training clients on how to use a solution post sale
• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required
• Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.  Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday
