We’re Warner Leisure Hotels, a member of the award-winning Bourne Leisure family. What began as a holiday village in 1932 is now a collection of 15 hotels showcasing British history, food, music and theatre in stunning locations across England and North Wales. We’re on the search for a Product Marketing Manager to join us at our Hemel support centre and share our passion to make one of the UK’s most-loved hospitality brands the best it can possibly be.
What are we looking for?
Warner hotels offers unique UK breaks specialising in giving its guests a variety to choose from including, yummy food, activities like crafts and archery, to great live entertainment and relaxing spa treatments. The brand is evolving and growing, and we need a great team to go on this journey with us.
We are seeking a talent Product Marketing Manager to join our Digital Demand function at Warner Hotels. This newly created role will be responsible for the marketing of Warner’s ancillary product range, Entertainment, Activities, Food and Beverage, Golf and Spa/Leisure offerings.
What will I be doing?
Design & support execution of marketing channels plans to promote entertainment, activities, Spa, golf & ancillary products – right guest, right time, right message to drive engagement then conversion to booking.
Develop effective & engaging guest journeys from marketing channels through to the website and post booking, building new opportunities to engage & sell to guests. Be the SME for their product range across all marketing communications
Work with insight, finance and revenue management teams to build recommendations of new products to launch, to improve both measurement, understanding and as a result sales performance.
Analyse and optimise performance of all channels, including executing short term tactics to address specific trading challenges.
Regular test and learn, and reporting back to the business – new channels, tactics and formats
Work alongside the Commercial Director (hotels) to market incremental revenue opportunities to day visitor & hotel guests (e.g. Leisure membership, Afternoon Teas, F&B)
What skills do I need?
Requires a basic understand of offline and online Marketing, Media, Organic Social and PR
Ability to proactively manage budgets
Good analytical skills to analyse performance and report results
Clear understanding of audience engagement and marketing channels.
Be able to influence peers in the team
Be able to present proposals and results to Managers
Problem solving attitude to overcome challenges
