INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year depending on experience = bonus
If you are a successful sales professional who is used to providing a smooth and efficient service to customers, whilst being able to identify and maximise every sales opportunity then this is the role for you!
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Thornbury. However flexible and hybrid working is open to discussion for the right candidate.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the role requires a high level of personal organisation and discipline to take ownership of tasks and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, send, and follow up quotes working towards monthly KPI's
* Nurture good relationships with customers and colleagues
* Confidently handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Proactively respond to new business enquiries
* Identify and maximise sales opportunities
* Learn the key fundamentals of legionella control
* Contribute towards the output of the sales team shared mailbox
* Manage work and time effectively to ensure that deadlines are met
Required Skills/Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B role
* Proven track record of generating new business
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* High level IT skills in Microsoft office 365
* Ability to demonstrate technical understanding
