Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong expertise in bridal sales.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in improving our product offerings and sales processes, providing experience to younger team members, and addressing customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism. While the current Sales Manager leads the team, this role will focus on refining sales strategies and assisting with client consultations. With demonstrated interpersonal skills, there is potential to start leading a team within 5– 6 months.
Key Responsibilities: (upon onboarding)
Daily Route:
Product & Display Check:
1. Upon arrival, ensure all gowns, suits, and accessories are properly displayed and organized. Check that the showroom is visually appealing and ready for client appointments.
2. Client Appointment Review:
Review the day's schedule, including upcoming client consultations and fittings. Prepare personalized recommendations and insights based on client preferences.
3. Team Briefing: ( may start after familiar with everything)
Hold a brief meeting with the sales team to discuss daily goals, ongoing projects, and any challenges from the previous day. Offer guidance on handling customer inquiries and product details.
Sales Consultation:
1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations on wedding gowns and suits.
2. Support clients throughout the selection, fitting, and alteration processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
3. Develop more opportunity for Up-Sales.
Product Knowledge & Process Improvement:
1. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the latest product innovations and trends.
2. Contribute to improving the sales process, particularly around client consultations, fittings, and alterations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Mentorship & Collaboration:
1. Share experience and product knowledge with younger sales team members, helping them to improve their client interactions and product knowledge.
2. Collaborate with the current Sales Manager to support the team without disrupting the existing company structure.
3. Over time, and depending on interpersonal and leadership skills, transition into a team lead role, providing further guidance and management within 5–6 months.
Client Experience & After-Sales Support:
1. Assist clients with questions regarding fittings and alterations, ensuring that they feel supported throughout the process.
2. Help refine the customer experience during fittings and follow-ups, ensuring that each step from selection to final adjustment is handled efficiently and professionally.
