This position reports to the managing director and interfaces with organisation team leaders and operations admin. Specific Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
2. Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitoring performance and providing regular updates to upper management
3. Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics to track progress, identify trends, and optimize sales processes
4. Recruit, onboard, and train sales team
5. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales operations and enhance efficiency
7. Collaborate with market team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
8. Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and competitor activities
9. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, brokers, and associations to expand referral networks
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
