Job Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
· Research target markets, industries and companies
· Generate and nurture leads through various channels (e.g. networking, cold calls, online platforms)
· Engage with clients to understand their needs and build rapport with them
· Provide clients with clarifications information and assistance in a prompt and professional manner
· Organise meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
· Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages
· Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of business development activities
· Exploring potential and new clients
Job Requirements:
· Demonstrates extensive experience in business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
· Exhibits strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
· 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field
· Ability to close deals and build lasting relationships
· Proficiency in multiple languages may be required for international business development roles
· Can work independently and positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
· We have Chinese clients, and knowledge of English and Mandarin is essential
