Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
Working with the with the IT team and the wider business to identify, develop and implement improvements to technical systems and business processes. This will mean building a strong understanding of the business and forging productive working relationships with key stakeholders. You will then need to analyse the information you have gathered and use this to propose solutions, supporting your propositions with functional and systems design specifications. In addition, you will be involved throughout the development, delivery and testing phases, so will be able to influence the outcome of projects
Key Accountabilites:

Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions
Partnering with business users to fully surface their requirements; conducting interviews with key project stakeholders, documenting and presenting the results
Assisting business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimising the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management
Analysing the impact of change requests
Supporting traceability from requirements through to QA; assisting in the definition of test plans and testing strategies and in the creation of test cases
Assisting in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans
Creating and/or reviewing manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience
Presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, role and accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards
What you'll need:
Experience as a Business Analyst work experience involved in large scale business transformation projects, and use of structured Business Analysis methodologies for multi-million pound projects
Experience working and implementing projects in a Retail based environment
Understanding of Retail / Warehouse Management Systems and Processes

The Business Development Manager will work to improve Bramley Health's market position and foster initiatives that help achieve financial growth. They will manage business development activities by driving sales, and the acquisition of new admissions, referrals, clients, and new business for our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Purpose:
The Shopper Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Shopper Marketing Team to produce and execute in-store promotional material (POS). Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage all promotional POS for ROI stores
Liaising with buyers to ensure POS reflects accurate pricing
Working closely with ITG to develop creatives
Creating clear and engaging footfall driving Point of sale inviting customers to come in and shop our fantastic offers
Delivery of the Starbuy and Core members POS plan to all Superdrug stores
Working closely with our key suppliers to gather accurate guidelines
Understanding the best use of POS in each store space, working closely with and taking feedback from store teams to ensure it’s right for our customers
Finance admin
Support wider team with adhoc administrative tasks

You will focus on being an external digital marketing expert to work with our agency and Google on traffic and conversion campaigns from concept through to execution, working with relevant stakeholders as needed.

· End to end management of the channel including day to day briefing to the agency, budget management and implementation of strategy inline with key business pillars as well as bringing your own thoughts and innovations.

The role of Business Development Manager will be an integral addition to Bramley Health, mapping out all mental health services nationwide for our 8 care homes and hospital.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager will work to improve Bramley Health's market position and foster initiatives that help achieve financial growth. They will manage business development activities by driving sales, and the acquisition of new admissions, referrals, clients, and new business for our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Building relationships with Integrated Care Boards, mental health trusts, local authorities, and continuing healthcare teams nationwide
o Set and meet agreed targets for specific care home leads, customer meetings, follow up, and sales leads
o Manage the BD Executive and Referrals Coordinator to drive referrals for customers through to admissions in a timely manner to meet objectives and always deliver customer satisfaction
o Handle and respond to sales enquiries for new business by responding promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates
o Research projects in segmented areas where we have the least traction to maximise our exposure and to seek new business contacts
o Conduct customer visits in services to enhance the experience and create a positive impression and maximise conversion rates
o Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs in your priority areas linked to new care home openings


KEY SKILLS

o Minimum of 5 years prior experience within a healthcare BDM role
o Target focused and sales driven
o UK driving license
o Good communication and organisation skills
o Results driven, pro-active approach to own workload
o Understanding of a CRM database

As part of the sales ledger team, your primary role will be ensuring the smooth, end to end running of sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be initiative-taking with a can-do attitude, possessing strong organisational skills, and a professional approach with a prominent level of discretion.

The role is far removed from a comparable role in sales, due to the intricacies and complexity of our client database. Hence the right candidate is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Managing and raising invoices and maintaining service users records
o Administering and collection of due/overdue accounts receivable
o Forming a principal role within the department for reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts
o A front-runner in allocating and reconciling service users personal allowance accounts
o Other duties requested by the company from time to time


KEY SKILLS

o Previous sales ledger experience is essential, ideally within a senior role
o Experience if sage 50 accounts
o Intermediate understanding of Microsoft excel
o Competent to deal with an elevated level of complex debt issues and prioritise accordingly
o Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o History of positive prioritisation and the ability to juggle a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
