Internal Sales Executive

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Internal Sales Executive. Timber or general builders merchants experience is beneficial but not essential. Proven sales background is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate this.
This is a very important role for our client. They don't want an order processor!! They need a proactive, hungry sales professional who's confident in their manner, great to talk to and methodical in their approach to ensure sterling service is always delivered.
You will interact with customers over the phone, by email and face to face. Asking questions, finding about the projects the clients are working on, taking quotation enquiries, developing rapport with these people, and up-selling where possible. You will need to be able to think on your feet and ideally demonstrate sound knowledge when called upon.

The Manager, Global Sales - Europe is primarily responsible for leading European-based sales efforts in relation to the Corporate, Leisure & Wholesale segments to maximize revenue opportunities for all Standard Hotels. This is a hybrid position based in London with a minimum of 3 days a week based at The Standard, London and an expectation of regular travel. They will work with the VP, Global Sales, to deliver the company's overall sales plans.

Considering this is a new role, we are looking for a self-starter with a proven record of proactive sales efforts to develop their own account list along with consistently seeking opportunities to obtain new accounts. They will be an industry expert to provide market updates, support, and training (as it relates to their market segment) to peers and the on-property teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Maximize revenue opportunities from managed Corporate, Leisure & Wholesale accounts.
· Develop list of global accounts within the Corporate, Leisure & Wholesale sectors and consistently be proactive in finding new accounts.
· Handle all sales efforts in relation to managed accounts such as (but not limited to) contracting, sales calls, marketing opportunities.
· Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
· Provide market intelligence and support to hotels.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

· Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Professional working proficiency in German is a plus.
· Computer proficient.
· Have strong Business Development skills to develop account leads, contracting accounts, RFP proposals and account management to increase production.

As a Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:

The Safety and Quality Support Directorate, supports all areas within Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) to deliver well governed, high quality and safe services.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated individual to join the Safety and Quality Support Team in the key role of Corporate Risk and Clinical Effectiveness Lead. You will support with the Head of Risk and Patient Outcomes in the ongoing review and delivery of CUH’s risk management framework (including moving to a new Enterprise Risk Management System).

Working collaboratively, you will support risk owners and risk leads in all divisions with the management of risks on the risk register and provide assurance to the Risk Oversight Committee on the implementation of the risk management framework.

You will also be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the central document management processes and collaborate with others in the development of the document management system. They will provide line management to the Trust Document and Patient Information Manager; leading the team through exiting changes in 2024 and beyond.

You will lead the delivery and embedding of the risk management framework across all areas of the Trust, assisting in the on-going development, implementation of and compliance with the risk management framework and the Datix risk register.

You will also lead on the ongoing review and development of the Trust’s patient outcomes framework and assurance for NICE guideline assessment and implementation.

You will be responsible for leading the Trust Documents Team in the design, implementation and revision of further iterations of the Trust documents management system as well as the governance, systems and processes for creating, approving, reviewing and publishing documents.

As a member of the Risk Team the post holder will also line manage the Patient Outcomes Manager and the Trust Documents and Patient Information Manager.

About The Role
We are recruiting a Corporate Security Officer to support in providing safety, security and front of house support.

You will be working Monday to Friday, on a permanent full-time basis, 07:30 to 17:30, 50 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities will also include:
