Although rare, Multiple Myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide, with a 5 year survival rate of 54% and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by ‘2024. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM, with multiple recently approved medications across different modalities. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer’s Elrexfio team as we bring this breakthrough to patients. 

Elrexfio (elranatamab) is approved across 6 global markets including in the US and EU, for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma in the Triple Class Exposed setting. Additional approvals and launches in this indication are expected throughout 2024, and there are 4 Phase 3 trials of Elrexfio currently enrolling, which investigate use earlier in MM treatment.

The Global Marketing Director, Elrexfio will report to the Global Marketing Lead, Elrexfio, and will be responsible for leading HCP marketing and brand strategy to maximize the brand opportunity across the lifecycle. Key areas of responsibility will include driving HCP strategies and execution to differentiate Elrexfio currently and in future indications within an increasingly crowded and dynamic MM market, optimizing the omnichannel mix, overseeing CI and competitive insights, and supporting regional and local pull through.

• Support, on a case-by-case base, other marketing activities to get exposure to customers and the sales team (e.g. support for trade shows, events)
• Responsible for customer contact data completeness and accuracy within Marketing Software platforms
• Prioritize and track direct sales/service requests for support (creation of flyers, emails, webpages etc)
• Actively works towards efficiency focus on cost reduction, coordinates with sister ZEISS companies (e.g, booth space sharing, to include digital space, cross charging of costs, booth properties, and other joint mktg activities)
• Position will primarily focus on initiatives supporting opportunity generation in Biotech Pharma and OEM/VAR
• Up to 25% travel including International.

Do you qualify?

• Four-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the following areas:
• 3-5 years of managing digital marketing channels, email marketing, and with website management/development
• B2B marketing, preferably in technology industries
• Inbound and outbound marketing tools including marketing automation technologies (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua or similar)
• Management of digital campaigns involving SEO, Google Adwords and Online Social Media channels
• Lead management, qualification, nurturing, and marketing automation
• Marketing database and list management
• Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
• Demonstrated ability with HTML and CSS, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM, website development tools.
• Ability to create content with clear messages and along the ZEISS brand guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.

The annual pay range for this position is $83,600 – $104,400

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
