We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of the South West Performance and Delivery Admin Hub. This hub provides support for the directorate and programmes within it. This role is a key part of the team, and is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Regional Operations Centre (ROC) so that the team can operate and run smoothly on a day to day basis.

The post holder should be resilient and adaptable, working in a high paced team supporting ever changing priorities within a team that is supportive and everyone’s views and values are important. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the directorate in providing support to our programme teams and enable to smooth running of a variety of different workstreams.

The successful candidate will work as an embedded team member of the South West Regional Operations Centre and will need to be flexible and adaptable to the ever changing environment. The role will include but not be limited to the following:
• Meeting set up (both virtual and in person)
• Supporting management of the Admin Hub calendar and mailbox on a daily basis

What you’ll be doing:

Provide expertise into key design decisions required on the programme.
Ensure transition states are defined as required to support the releases.
Take ownership and responsibility to see problems through to conclusion.
Support Product Owner to ensure releases are well understood by the business.
Liaise with service management, IT architecture, business change, testing and programme team to ensure alignment.
Work alongside the Scrum masters to ensure effective transition into new BAU operations.

Sales Assistant with Driving Duties, Bristol South

The Role

This is a full time 40 hour per week role, and you may need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) to which you will have time off in lieu.

Driving will be required so you must feel comfortable to drive the store van making deliveries, the remainder of your time working in store as a sales colleague, so it is important that you have a background in sales and retail.

Their decorator centre in Bristol South is looking for a new Sales Assistant with Driving Duties. Providing excellent, friendly service to professional decorators, contractors and DIY enthusiasts, you'll use your knowledge of the local area to carry out deliveries to homes and businesses. You'll build relationships with customers and from time to time you'll also be asked to help support the team in store, serving customers, merchandising displays and giving expert advice on products.

The role

The vacancy is based out of our Bristol office on a Fixed Term basis until the end of February 2025. You will be in the office a couple of times a week with hybrid working culture. There may also be some travel required to visit local sites. Salary is circa £24,000 - £26,500 per year depending on experience.

Working in the Sales Operations Team, you will report directly to the Senior Operations Consultant and operate in a wider team of 13.

As the Sales Advisor, you will be working with our new and existing customers to provide excellent customer service using a range of channels including telephone, email, SMS and social media. You'll also be responsible for providing administrative support for the sales service and direct support to our Sales Consultants, dealing with Re-sales & Staircasing enquiries, Right To Buy and Right To Acquire enquiries along with collating and maintaining information around availability of our developments and homes. Building rapport with our customers and understanding their circumstances is a key part of this role, along with acting as a first point of contact for all customers.

What we're looking for:

Demonstrable communication skills and ability to build rapport.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
Demonstrable strong IT skills in Microsoft applications.
It would be an advantage if you have a background and experience working in a customer facing environment.
