As our Financial Accountant , you will join and an established Financial Accounting team where you will be incorporating all matters relating to tax, treasury, group reporting, statutory reporting, compliance and controls.

- Assist in managing the external audit alongside the Financial Controller. This includes Interim, Hardclose, Year-End and Statutory Accounts visits.
- Assist in delivering the month-end financial results in accordance with prescribed deadlines.
- Take responsibility for own accounting areas and reporting the results in the Magnitude group reporting package.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting treatment and reporting rules.
- Prepare the annual Statutory Accounts in accordance with prescribed accounting standards and deadlines.

Due to expansion both organically and via acquisitions, CareTech' s Community Services North and Midlands Division is seeking to recruit a resilient New Business Development Manager to strengthen the Business Development team in the region. We are seeking a result focused professional who is able to bring immediate strategic value. You will play a key part in ensuring we deliver our Divisional New Development budget.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BDM delivering New Specialist Supported Living service within the social care sector.
• Proven ability to deliver on targets and increase growth
• A deep understanding of core sales methodology
• An understanding Specialist Supported Housing requirements and CQC related guidance.
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Promotes CareTech’ s values in placing the service users and the people we support at the centre of all decision making
• Be comfortable presenting information in large meetings both in person and via video link
• Confident to manage processes that requires a robust approach to policy

Job Purpose:

The principle purpose of the role is to generate new business by developing new community based accommodation projects for people with complex needs, resulting in profitable growth across the region.

Accountability:

The job holder is accountable for growth targets.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Based on sound market intelligence and market led demand, initiate and execute a New Business Development plan for the North and Midlands region

Present business cases for approval of new projects

• Working closely with operational and the organisations support functions to ensure that agreed developments are delivered on time and to agreed ROI and EBITDA levels.
• Develop strong and sound relationships with Local Commissioners in order to position CareTech as a preferred provider within the Health & Social Care sector.
• Working with preferred development and housing partners, ensure that there is a healthy pipeline of community based accommodation solutions which match the development plan
• Promote and market CareTech’ s social care related expertise, facilities and activities, where appropriate hosting suitable national and regional events.
• Develop and maintain a database of former, current and potential business and funding partners in the Social Care Sectors.
• Any other duties requested from time to time by the company, as might reasonably be required, commensurate with the role.

MARKETING MANAGER (MEDICAL DEVICES)
BIRMINGHAM, HYBRID, WITH UK TRAVEL
UP TO £65,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE

A growing medical company is looking for a Marketing Manager to build and implement the strategic vision for their product portfolio, working closely with the sales team across the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Manager you will be,
•Developing and implementing a strategic portfolio marketing plan in collaboration with sales leads, outlining clear product strategies and messaging
•Working to change practices and guidelines, collaborating with national and European associations
•Developing the KOL network, to fully understand user requirements, supporting both existing and new products
•Leading new product launches including working collaboratively on the go to market strategy and product positioning
•Responsible for all marketing related budget proposals and managing agreed allocation
•Supporting product training alongside the Sales Teams, ensuring appropriate levels of knowledge
•Responsible for inventory management in line with customer requirements and market demand
•Providing feedback on marketing activity and customer and competitor insights quarterly

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the Marketing Manager role, you must have,
•Previous marketing experience at a strategic level, within a medical device environment
•Proven experience building a network of KOLs, fostering long-lasting and trusted relationships
•Ability to lead and influence the wider team, associations and clinicians
•University degree or equivalent in relevant subject or a professional qualification e.g. CIM
•Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of marketing processes and product life cycle
•A full, clean UK driving licence and ability to travel across the UK
