Job Description:

1. Supports them in the fulfilment and execution of their duties.
2. Assist in email correspondences i.e. reply when required to, depending on urgency / follow up on email content requirement such as product inquiries etc.
3. Handle incoming phone call inquiries, refer caller to respective personnel if necessary.
4. Ensure data accuracy in server / system including product name, serial numbers and individual selling price.
5. Provides day-to-day administrative support.
6. Arrange and organize appointments for both internal or external meetings.
7. Arrange and coordinate monthly sales meeting’s requirement i.e. booking of conference room and its amenities. minutes of meeting and thereafter, distributing minutes of meeting for further actions and follow up.
8. Flight and hotel bookings arrangements.
9. Arrange and coordinate offsite meetings, conferences and other events when necessary.
10. Prepare and compile profile / product presentations, necessary handouts / documents for proposals / tender.
11. Conduct research and stay up to date on the latest info on industry and products.
12. Review / restructure department’s organization chart to ensure proper communication channel as and when required.
13. Assist in preparing expenses claims for submission and follow up on approval.
14. Ensure team members adhere to their tasks / requirements assigned by SSM and SPM.
15. Monthly sales report and sales update submission.
16. Keeps track of sales targets.
17. Maintain and update customers’ info and sales record regularly.
18. Communicate customers’ feedback / complaints if any.
19. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
20. Able to manage the team when Sales Admin Manager not around.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
2. Required skills: Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, able to work with independently and in a team, strong sense of responsibility.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service position with knowledge in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel).
4. Familiar with SAP system (MUST).
5. Must be willing to work at Balakong area.

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving sales target by promoting our product lines to the Retailers, Contractors, Investors.

1. Acquire deep product knowledge on all products.
2. Understand the profile and buying needs of Customers (C) and expand support and businesses, by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support.
3. Prospect new customers and developers, conducting cold-calls and sales visits pipelines.
4. Promote product lines through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through events and networking sessions.
5. Responsible for preparing concept proposals, specifications, quotations and generating sales turnover according to targets.
6. Be a trusted partner and support to Customers (Retailers, Contractors, Investors) by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support.
7. Develop a clear understanding of all products and provide training (internal and external) when required.
8. Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts.
9. Responsible for pricing enquiries, follow-up orders and delivery schedules.
10. Provide sales report to Head of Sales.

Requirements:

1. 5 years’ experience in sales (especially in construction line OR construction-related products).
2. Strong customer focus, an advocate of excellent customer service.
3. Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals.
4. Ability to provide an appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations.
5. Possess own transport, and ready to travel as when is required to Klang Valley, or any places in Malaysia (MUST).
6. The candidate must be able to work independently and mature.
