GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under site designate leader, and according to established policies and procedures performs accurate and efficient Ultrasound exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Follows Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Verifies patient identification and physician order. Provides procedural information/education to the patient/family prior to each exam. Acquires an accurate patient history and documents in the medical record. Performs Ultrasound and related patient care procedures using age-appropriate methods for patient’s physical ability and/or limitations. Proficiently operates ultrasound imaging equipment and performs necessary quality control and quality assurance testing. Monitors patients during procedures to ensure patient safety. Reviews ultrasound images with the Radiologist, as necessary. Ensures STAT requests are relayed to radiologist in a timely manner. When required, assists with procedures using sterile technique, receives and documents samples for lab processing. Disposes of fluids according to biohazard protocols. Ensures equipment is wiped down between patients and exam room is clean and properly stocked with linen and supplies. Accurately and efficiently uses hospital computer systems for verifying orders, viewing schedules, and sending information to PAC’s. Uses effective inter/intra-departmental communication and participates with medical staff, management, technical and support staff. Assist in training new staff/students. Verifies correct patient, correct exam / final verification, clarify questionable orders with ordering physician or Radiologist.

• Registered by American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registry eligible, paid at the trainee rate for up to 1 year.
• If unregistered must obtain at least one (ABD or OB/GYN) within 1 year from hire. Additional registry within two years from date of hire.
• If registered at hire additional registry must be obtained within 1 year from hire.

Other Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.

The successful candidate supports development and execution of the operation and group strategies.  This individual follows corporate processes for business development and may make recommendations for improvements to the process. The position requires working closely with the responsible line and capture managers; supporting the transition from opportunity identification to pursuit; supporting capture managers and working as part of a capture teams to successfully complete contract bids and wins; developing and maintaining customer and industry call plans and establishing lasting rapport with both; communicating the organization’s core capabilities; establishing internal and external teaming; and effective efficient shepherding of new business funds.  The business developer is essential to new business and must work collaboratively with the functional and line staff of the organization to ensure qualified opportunities meet business standards and support the overarching business strategy.

Additional responsibilities include: Developing or improving solutions for assigned opportunities; managing relationships with partners and corporate staff; participating in business planning activities, to include periodic pipeline reviews, opportunity gate reviews, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal reviews.  This person is responsible for managing all the activities necessary to develop and deliver qualified opportunities to capture managers and supporting the captures through proposal and hot start activities.  The successful candidate will have working knowledge of US Government contracting, contract types and procurement processes and must be team-oriented and demonstrate strong reasoning and communications skills, both oral and written.

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience

Job Overview:

The role of the Enterprise Internal Business Development Officer (IBDO), Financial Institutions is to be the sales partner to the Enterprise External Business Development Officer (EBDO), Financial Institutions. They are responsible for driving outsized performance in the recruitment of new bank and credit union wealth management relationships to LPL Financial. This role will provide exposure throughout LPL, while supporting the end-to-end process of onboarding a new financial institution.

This position is designed for an individual with a background in Business-to-Business sales. Skills required include: organizational, communication, and ability to prioritize while executing quickly.  Having a strong work ethic, being an effective communicator, strong project management skills and a sense of diplomacy will be imperative to the success of in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with EBDO to add prospective Financial Institutions into the pipeline

• Partner with EBDO to provide solutions and strategies in efforts to move prospective Financial Institutions through the pipeline

• Schedule and prepare Home Office Vist (HOV) and Field Office Visit (FOV) meeting checklists; including agenda, internal partner coordination, and effective meeting planning

• Coordinate meeting follow-up items and draft responses to be sent to prospective financial institution

• Execute upon agenda delivery for all external and internal meetings and partner with sales strategy team to deliver effective content for prospective financial institution engagements 

• Participate with EBDO in regularly-scheduled check-ins with enterprises that specialize in the support of financial institutions

• Leverage underwriting system and work with advisor capital or corporate development to approve pricing and draft proposals

• Draft pricing proposal based on underwriting results

• Coordinate internal resources to draft RFP’s, focused primarily on getting "answers in boxes" (0-80% completion of RFP)

• Coordinate resources to introduce signed financial institution to transition team, includes scheduling kickoff call and potential advisor enrollment materials

• Draft and maintain prospect workbook and enterprise prospect profile documenting key facts and decisions of all prospective financial institution in the pipeline

• Attend weekly transition calls for committed financial institutions

• Request draft contracts, amendments and non-disclosure agreement within the legal portal

• Input contract accommodations in onboarding system once financial institution joins LPL

• Disburse onboarding form upon contract execute to establish institution ID

• Execute transition assistance disbursement process

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for executing merchandising standards throughout the store. Overview:

Responsible for developing new business, expanding existing business relationships, and servicing the Bank’s Commercial Payments clients, including handling high touch client accounts. Responsible for working with the larger, more sophisticated business clients with the most complex payments needs. Represents the department on division and cross-functional committees. Works closely with Relationship Managers and Unit Managers, as well as clients at the Executive Level. Considered a subject matter expert on respective product line benefits and services with various industries and lines of business. Relied upon by management to set the example for and serve as a mentor to other Commercial Payments Consultants.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with existing business clients to expand relationships and to ensure proper servicing of clients. Capable of managing complex business relationships within assigned portfolio. Responsible for all phases of sales process from referral through implementation.
• Call on prospective business clients to develop new treasury management sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
• Analyze clients’ current payments structure and pricing, and develop customized solutions to meet the clients’ needs. Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals (for both internal and external audiences), illustrating customized solutions, industry trends, as well as features and benefits of the recommended product offerings.
• Act as a partner with Relationship Managers to market Comml Payments services to clients and prospects. Provide consultative training to ensure an understanding of the Bank’s product offerings, and communicate product changes and enhancements.
• Analyze client and prospect pricing structure and make recommendations to Relationship Managers and management.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and in meeting or exceeding departmental goals.
• Participate in the development of strategic business plans and sales campaigns for target clients and prospects.
• Provide training and mentoring to sales representatives with less experience

Scope of Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Treasury Management Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for participating in the development, expansion, and maintenance of the Bank’s Treasury Management business.  This position assists with strategic planning.
Works closely with Relationship and line of business managers, as well as clients at the Executive level.
Considered a subject matter expert of Treasury Management product benefits and services and is a line of business expert for business units supported. 

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years Commercial Payment Sales experience or comparable banking experience,
OR in lieu of a degree, 4 years relevant work experience

This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

What will you do in this role?

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable business insights.

• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.

Data Modeling and Querying:

• Design and maintain data models to support business reporting and analysis.

These are the Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS + 8 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 10 years recent specialized or a major cert + 12 years recent specialized or 14 years of recent specialized experience

• Active Secret Clearance (no waiver) with ability to obtain and maintaining a TS/SCI clearance.

• DOD 8570 IAT 2 compliance

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling is a plus.
